Makassar - In efforts to prepare the room for the use of tenants who will fill the new commercial space, today (19/7), PT. Angkasa Pura I conduct the Fitting Out Relay Out Meeting on Floor II Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar (SHIAM). Located at the Sasana Karya I, the meeting was attended by PT. Adikarya, the commercial selection winners from 14 tenants and management of SHIAM.
The meeting which started at 11.00 WITA was opened by Mr. Akhmad Munir as the General Manager of PT. Angkasa Pura I SHIAM. In his speech he highly appreciates the willingness of tenants to attend the fitting out meetings. After that followed by exposure from Mr. Agus Budi Harto as Sales Department Head who describes Fitting Out which will be held for 4 times starting from August 1 to November 1, 2016.
In fitting out next August, 14 the room was ready to be occupied by 10 tenants. Furthermore, there are 20 rooms were still under construction by PT. Adikarya (Persero).
“We expect this tenant also got a new moment in the sales of their products and services. We will also terminate the contract of tenants who had not continued so as to avoid cannibalism while reducing their competitors who offer a product/service similar”, Mr. Akhmad Munir explained.
Meanwhile, the tenant is also active in the Fitting Out meeting, they generally ask about details layout that they occupy. Furthermore they were also questioned about access to the vendor who will do the work room. Subject to all the needs of the tenants, Mr. Akhmad Munir provided the entire contact to contact the tenant that the fitting process can run out quickly.
